✔ You are working and can provide proof of current employment

✔ You are actively looking for work and can provide proof of activity in the last month.

✔ You are currently enrolled in school or Kollel and can provide a letter of proof of enrollment.

What You’ll Need:

✔ Proof of Eligibility
- Recent pay stubs
- Job applications
- A letter from school/Kollel

✔ Proof of Address
Utility bill, lease, or NY State ID with current address.

✔ Child’s Birth Certificate
A copy for each child applying.

✔ Parent Contact Information
A working phone number and email.

Meet Our Director

Yehudis Bartfield, M.Ed., M.S.Ed.

Executive Educational Director

With over 35 years of experience in education, Yehudis Bartfield is a passionate early childhood educator and leader who brings warmth and creativity to intentional, developmentally appropriate practices. As Executive Educational Director, she draws on her expertise to ensure that each child’s early learning experience is joyful, nurturing, and rooted in educational excellence.
 
Yehudis has a unique ability to connect with young children, helping them feel understood and empowered. She honors each child’s learning style, creating lessons that are fun and grounded in evidence-based instruction, purposeful planning, and standards-aligned learning. Her classrooms are vibrant spaces that encourage curiosity and confidence.

In addition to her early childhood expertise, Yehudis brings a strong background in K–8 instruction, complementing her ability to guide children across developmental stages. Her work goes beyond the classroom—designing curricula, mentoring other educators, conducting assessments, and creating strong partnerships with parents.

Yehudis believes that every child is capable and deserving of high-quality, joyful learning experiences. She leads a team that is committed to nurturing the whole child, inspiring a lifelong love of learning.
